Attendance Options

The event is planned for both in-person and virtual attendance. For IFS Employees, you asked to attend in-person unless you are unable to travel.

In-Person
Registration closes Monday December 6. After this date accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Please have credit card details to secure your hotel room which is payable on departure along with any extras charged to your room. Partners will also be asked for credit card details to purchase conference tickets.

Virtual
The main hall plenary sessions will all be live-streamed and registration will remain open.

When to arrive?

  • IFS Employees: Please plan to arrive for the Welcome Buffet which starts at 7pm on Monday January 10 unless, you are required to attend an ancillary meeting taking place earlier in the day. Ancillary meeting details are included in the registration form.
    Please keep accommodation nights to a minimum, arriving on the day if possible.
  • Partners: Please arrive in time for the Welcome Buffet dinner on Monday at 7pm.
  • Sponsors: Please arrive in time to set up your booth on Monday (access from 2pm)

When to depart?

  • IFS Employees: All Sales & Presales teams should stay for Sales Training and depart Friday lunchtime. All other attendees should depart after the main hall close on Thursday lunchtime
  • Partners: Please plan to depart on Friday lunchtime after the Sales Training
  • Sponsors: Please plan to depart on Friday lunchtime after the Sales Training
